RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the volatile and sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of products. We advise that you open and inspect your orders immediately it reaches you and if there are any issues with item(s) in your order, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt with visual evidence and we will do our best to find a resolution to it. Complaints outside of this time frame will not be entertained.
Refunds are only allowed for orders which have not been shipped as at the time of cancellation.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed for dispatch within 24 hours after payment is confirmed for delivery within the time frame stipulated for the applicable shipping zone as chosen during "checkout". We will send you a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as it is dispatched through one of our Third Party courier partners to enable you to keep an eye on your package.
