Also known as White Tea Tree Oil, this strong, camphoraceous Essential Oil was historically used throughout Asia and more recently worldwide for its many powerful healing properties.
It has shown significant effectiveness in soothing respiratory distress, pain relief and as a cosmetic agent in the production of skin care products.
With its refreshing aroma which imparts uplifting, anger diffusing, purifying feelings it is widely used in meditation to calm one's self from anger and other negative emotions.
Blends well with:
Essential oils of Angelica, Bergamot, Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Clove Bud, Eucalyptus Citriodora, Lavender Kashmir, Rose Geranium, Rosemary, and Thyme (Red) oil.

Diffusion: Add a few drops of Cajeput Essential Oil to an ultrasonic diffuser or diffuser bracelet in an office, study or home environment for its uplifting, energizing, cleansing and purifying effect to help purify and clear negative thoughts or energy from your space.
Its scent is calming and health soothe stress, anxiety and depressive feelings while helping to keep the mind sharp by improving concentration and mental clarity.
Its also detoxifying and works as a great insecticide when diffused to repel mosquitoes and other insects.
Cajeput EO has both expectorant and decongestant properties and when inhaled it helps provide relief for respiratory issues e.g. Sinusitis, laryngitis, bronchitis, coughs, colds etc.
For quicker relief from respiratory distress, use 3 drops of Cajeput EO in a steam tent
You can also create a blend with one or more complementary EOs e.g. Citriodora Eucalyptus, Rosewood, Indian Frankincense, Hyssop or Peppermint etc. to incorporate other benefits you may require, make a stronger blend or just to layer different scent notes and create a rounder or preferred aroma.
Topical: To use topically for its healing benefits, add 2-5 drops of Cajeput Essential Oil to a tablespoon/15ml of base oil or shea butter and apply to affected area to help soothe muscle aches, pain, spasms (cramps) or inflammation and improve circulation.
Apply to lower abdomen and lower back to alleviate menstrual pain and improve flow from obstructed menses or to aid digestive issues, expel excess gas which helps when dealing with constipation, indigestion etc.
Apply to the chest area to provide relief when dealing with issues of a blocked or congested respiratory tract.
Add 10 drops to 50ml of a light easy absorbent oil for a relaxing, soothing massage.
For an even stronger blend add one or more EO's e.g. Palo Santo, Cypress, Myrrh, Winter Cherry, Tulsi or Thyme (Red) without exceeding the 5 drops of EO for topical use or 10 drops per 50ml maximums for a massage oil.
